Stable State:About

Stable State is a project launched by Simon Moser (moser@acm.org) in 2018. Actually, some of its root ideas stem from 20 or so years before, written on paper or other media by Simon. With launching a wiki, the aim is to reach a broader audience, receive feedback and get a co-authoring group of people active for this project.
