Summary: The inner security domain regulates what is commonly known as the "Police" duties. Summary: The inner security domain regulates what is commonly known as the "Police" duties. The inner security responsible and his/her employees, the guards, have and enforce the monopoly on the use of force. In normal times, the guards on their patrols do NOT carry weapons - on special missions, however, they do. Normally, there are at least 2 guards acting together. Also, the guards are responsible for keeping the community area clean, i.e. have duties for the waste management.
