P.08.2 Salary for working for the community
Each day present and doing as told by the representatives, the community worker receives 1.2 BME (parameter) / 20 salary. The representatives can define jobs for the good of the community, e.g. clean the countryside or do whatever. They can also let them work for farmers or whoever for 50% (parameter) of this salary. If those people are present at the normal work hours and perform with 30% (parameter) of median daily output of the job assigned, then they get their full salary. The domain 3 publishes median daily outputs per job category.
Each day promised but not present the community worker must pay the same daily amount as above 1.2 BME (parameter) / 20 salary.
Note that this salary comes in addition to the unconditional income as per P.03.6.
