How does the stable state relate to the human rights? E.g. to http://www.un.org/en/universal-declaration-human-rights/index.html ?

The StableState is compliant as it treats all Human beings equal. It is even more hands on as the stablestate has a concrete and practical definition of human being. It does not refer to "reason" and "conscience" because there may be human beings that temporarily or permanantly do not possess these features... and still, of course, are human beings. The UDHR text is flawed at that veery fundamental end and brings in too many aspects that may lead to confusion and/or willing/unwilling misinterpretations.

Article 3 Life, Liberty and Security of Person ==> this is included in the law of Peace.

Article 4 Prohibition of Slavery ==> this is included in the laws of Respect and Peace.

Article 5 Prohibition of Torture ==> this is included in the law of Peace.

Article 6 Recognition before the law ==> the StableState defines Human being and all 3 laws and the rules apply to human beings.

Article 7 Protection by the law ==> the StableState defines Human being and all 3 laws and the rules apply to human beings.
